Dr. Mary Wansley provides counseling and hypnotherapy for individual clients, along with group training and facilitation, supporting individuals as they gain insight, overcome obstacles, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

Drawing on her background in communication and human behavior and professional experience, she works with clients to identify the root cause, build emotional awareness, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Through the process Dr. Wansley developed—often referred to as her “secret sauce”—clients can release subconscious blocks, let go of the past, and create a meaningful path forward. The result is positive change, a stronger sense of self, and improved overall well-being.

Work with me One-on One

Whether you are struggling with emotional overeating, weight loss, anxiety, smoking, fear of flying, nail biting, or another compulsive habit or behavior, it can feel frustrating when willpower alone doesn’t work. Often, these behaviors are driven by deeper thoughts, emotions, and subconscious patterns you may not even be aware of.

Many clients begin with a focused program:

  • 8-session 'Mind Body Reset' to overcome emotional overeating and yo-yo dieting, and lose weight for good.

  • 8-session GLP-1 'Nutrition & Transition' to solidify eating habits, improve nutrition, and sustain weight loss.

  • 5-session 'Anxiety Attack' to reduce anxiety and restore calm.

You may want to address a specific habit or behavior, or choose a program.  Each 75 to 90 minute session takes you through a process drawing on experience from over 10,000 client sessions, so you can look forward to regaining control, achieving your goals, and make lasting change.

Facilitation and Speaking

I lead talks and facilitate groups on understanding eating behavior and changing your relationship with food, building  stronger communication skills, and developing recovery skills. Whether working with organizations, support groups, or community programs, I create a space so participants gain insight, practice new strategies, and leave feeling empowered to make meaningful changes.

Mind-Body Reset Program

MBCT is designed for people who suffer from repeated bouts of depression or chronic unhappiness.

GLP-1 Nutrition & Transition

Hypnotherapy is defined as a window of time in which a person is halfway between being awake and asleep.

Attack Anxiety

I have extensive training in helping patients overcome and grow from their OCD.
